XXI Adults Erasmus+: Putting Learning into Practice!

How effective are the resources we develop when they meet the real needs of adult learners?
The XXIAdults Erasmus+ project has put its educational resources to the test through a pilot-testing process involving adult trainers and learners.
The pilot testing focused on four key project outcomes:
• 📘 The XXIAdults Training Guide
• 🧭 The Implementation Plan
• 💡 The collection of 30 Good Practices from six European countries
• 💻 The Online Learning Platform, with its educational modules and learning materials.
Through practical activities inspired by the collected Good Practices, participants of at least 2 Adult Education Centres in each participating country (Spain, Greece, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Bosnia and Herzegovina) have had the opportunity to explore new learning approaches, develop skills, exchange experiences and reflect on their learning.
Their feedback is an essential part of the process! It helps us assess the usefulness, accessibility and relevance of the developed resources and identify possible improvements.
Because successful adult education is not just about creating resources – it is about making sure they work in real learning environments!
