The platform offers accessible, well-structured, and practical learning resources for professionals, students, researchers, and stakeholders interested in modern aquaculture technologies and digital transformation. Through the #AQUATECHinn4.0 e-learning environment, users can access training modules, presentations, videos, assessment activities, and certification tools in one integrated online space. Designed for flexible learning, the platform allows participants to progress at their own pace while ensuring that learning outcomes can be effectively assessed. The platform was developed by CiTIUS – Centro Singular de Investigación en Tecnoloxías Intelixentes and reflects the outstanding collaboration of the entire AQUATECHinn 4.0 consortium: Associação Portuguesa de Aquacultores, Associazione Piscicoltori Italiani, Comité National de la Conchyliculture, E-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL GROUP, FishEthoGroup, MARE Soc. Today, the AQUATECHinn 4.0 partnership gathered for its 6th and final Transnational Project Meeting, held in a hybrid format with partners participating both in Faro, Portugal, and online. As the project approaches its conclusion at the end of June 2026, partners reviewed the key achievements and results developed throughout the project, including the digital learning platform, VR and gamified activities, pilot testing outcomes, quality assurance measures, dissemination activities, and final reporting tasks. This meeting marked an important milestone, providing an opportunity to reflect on the project's achievements, celebrate the strong cooperation among partners, and coordinate the final steps before the official closure of AQUATECHinn 4.0. The Future of Adult Education is Hybrid Adult learners today need learning opportunities that are flexible, accessible, and adapted to their diverse personal and professional commitments. This is why hybrid learning is becoming an increasingly important approach in adult education. By combining face-to-face interaction with digital learning opportunities, hybrid education offers greater flexibility while maintaining meaningful engagement between educators and learners. When designed effectively, it can support participation, collaboration, and lifelong learning for a wide range of audiences. Through the HYBREDU project, partners have developed practical resources and educational activities that help adult educators design and deliver engaging hybrid learning experiences. These materials have recently completed their pilot testing phase and will soon be available through the project website. 2nd OSCAR TPM in Malta The 2nd Transnational Project Meeting of the OSCAR project took place in Mosta, Malta, bringing together project partners for a productive day of collaboration and exchange. A key focus of the meeting was the internal pilot testing of the OSCAR Digital Hub. Partners explored the platform, tested its functionalities, and shared valuable feedback and suggestions to further improve the user experience and ensure its effectiveness for the project's target groups. The meeting also provided an opportunity to review the progress achieved so far, assess ongoing activities, and discuss the next steps towards the successful completion of the project. Transnational Project Meeting of the XXIAdults Erasmus+ Project in Setúbal, Portugal On 21 May 2026, partners of the XXIAdults Erasmus+ Project gathered in Setúbal, Portugal, for a productive Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). During the meeting, partners reviewed and discussed key aspects of the project's progress, including:  Development and functionality of the project platform  The implementation plan and upcoming activities  Preparation and organization of pilot testing activities  Dissemination strategies and outreach efforts The discussions were constructive and helped strengthen collaboration among partners, ensuring the successful advancement of the project objectives. A special thank you goes to our Portuguese hosts for their excellent organization and the warm hospitality they provided throughout the meeting. Their welcoming atmosphere contributed greatly to the success of the event and fostered valuable exchanges among all participants. We look forward to the next steps of the XXIAdults project and to continuing our joint efforts in promoting innovation and excellence in adult education across Europe.

Making E-Waste Visible Through Innovation Electronic waste is one of the fastest-growing waste streams in the world, yet many people remain unaware of the environmental impact of the devices and electronic items they use every day. The OSCAR project is addressing this challenge by combining education, digital innovation, and Augmented Reality (AR) to help learners better understand the lifecycle of electronic products, the consequences of e-waste, and the importance of responsible consumption and recycling. We are pleased to announce an important milestone in the project's journey. The OSCAR educational materials and AR-based learning resources have now been developed and reviewed by the project partnership, while the OSCAR digital platform has been successfully created and is preparing to enter the testing phase. The upcoming pilot activities will help ensure that the platform provides an engaging and effective learning experience for young people across Europe.
