On the 8th of October 2024, all partners had an Online Meeting to review the progress of the project and all expected outcomes. We just wrapped up a productive online meeting where we focused on finalizing our e-learning modules and developing engaging learning pills in video format. Our team is dedicated to creating high-quality, accessible educational resources that empower learners and promote inclusivity. The video learning pills will serve as concise, informative tools designed to enhance the learning experience for all users. We’re also preparing for our upcoming meeting in beautiful Karditsa, Greece! The Fifth Unit of the IncludeME Educational Package deals with Collaboration and Networking This unit is designed to empower individuals working with immigrants and refugees by providing comprehensive guidance on fostering inclusion through collaboration, integration, and community engagement. Participants will explore the importance of building robust support networks, developing effective partnerships with local organisations, and engaging the community to create a welcoming environment. The module covers strategies for overcoming cultural and social barriers, implementing successful integration programmes, and understanding relevant policies and legislation. Additionally, it offers practical tools for assessing the impact of inclusion initiatives, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement, and ensuring their sustainability. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and practical activities, learners will gain the skills and confidence needed to support and integrate immigrants and refugees effectively into their new communities.
